We absolutely love Achilles Heal! Tucker’s stomach has gotten so much better since we started feeding him the food, and he gets so excited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He loves it! I honestly don’t know how we ever survived without it. You can tell how much Consuelo and Desirae care about the dogs and the quality of the food, and they have always been so kind and helpful. I’m just really happy we found Achilles Heal and that Tucker is feeling so much better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to give their dog good, healthy food.

Hugo has been eating it for over a year now, and we’ve seen such a positive impact on his overall health and wellness! Marley absolutely loves Achilles Heel! As a Chihuahua, she can be a little particular about her food, but she gets genuinely excited every time I bring this out. I also love knowing I’m giving her thoughtfully made, high-quality food from a small business that truly cares about dogs and what goes into their bowls. The quality and care are obvious, and Marley’s very enthusiastic approval says the rest. We’re so happy we found them!
Moose
Achilles Heal Dog Food is the key to my dog’s heart. Moose literally dances and hops her way to see them every Sunday at the farmers market. We keep a bunch of treats at the ready in our freezer at all times as well. She loves their food so much that she even eats the paper plate it comes on some days. To say that their products are a hit, would be an understatement.
Poe
My dog Poe is truly obsessed with Achilles Heal. When we're at the farmer's market, he starts stomping toward her tent the moment he catches a whiff, to the point where I'm sure people have seen me practically get dragged across the market! She is endlessly sweet to him every time, indulging his excitement (and the mess he makes along the way). He loves the treats, but I'd say the meatball dinner is his all-time favorite. It works as a perfect topper or just a tasty snack on its own, and I always make sure to keep some Cheezy Bones on hand. I love that it's local, family- and women-owned, and Poe and I are proud to support them!
Violet
Knowing that I'm giving Violet the best possible food for her health means everything.... Knowing the ladies that put so much love into making it, is a gift.
I look forward to the days I'm there for delivery, it's like family coming over to drop off and spend a little time for small talk.

Riley, Max & Uno
We absolutely love Achilles Heal and have been so happy with the food we purchase for our dogs. You can tell that care goes into the meals, and most importantly, my dogs genuinely LOVE the food.
But the Thanksgiving Lamb Meal was apparently on an entirely different level. Riley absolutely devoured hers—and then decided she wasn’t finished. She proceeded to make her way over to Maxx’s bowl and Uno’s bowl to see if they had left anything behind! The pictures pretty much tell the whole story. Empty bowls all around!
I also really loved the Thanksgiving ingredients: roasted lamb, butternut squash, carrots, sweet potato, green beans and cranberries. It felt like our pups got to have their own special Thanksgiving dinner right along with the rest of the family.
Finding food that you feel good about giving your dogs is important, but finding something you feel good about and they’re this excited to eat is even better.
Thank you, Achilles Heal, for putting so much care into what you make. You definitely have three very happy customers in Riley, Maxx and Uno—although judging by the photographic evidence, Riley may be your biggest fan.
